House Fire Injures Child
Around 8 a.m. Friday morning, the Wichita Falls Fire Department responded to a house fire located in the 3200 block of Birch Street. A five-year-old boy was transported by AMR to United Regional Hospital for second-degree burns.

At 6:04 p.m. Saturday night, Wichita Falls Police Officers responded to an injury accident on the 1900 block of Sheppard Access Road. A pedestrian was pushing a shopping cart in the right hand lane of Sheppard Access Road when a vehicle that was traveling southbound struck the pedestrian.

Former Police Officer's Toxicology Report Won't be Used in Court
New developments emerged Tuesday night in the case of a former Wichita Falls police officer charged with Manslaughter. Toxicology reports that showed then officer Teddie Whitefield had Xanax and diet pills in his blood stream at the time of a deadly accident involving his police car will not be used in the case against him.

Large Drug Bust Lands Man in Jail
A Wichita Falls man has been arrested after Wichita Falls police found a large amount of drugs inside his home. On December 3rd, Wichita Falls police officers from the Organized Crime Unit and SWAT executed a search warrant at a house in the 900 block of Denver, the residence of 53-year-old James Streadwick.
