On November 21 around noon, a victim of credit card fraud reported an unauthorized use of her credit card, a credit card that was previously lost, at Wal-Mart. Detectives were able to locate the above images from the Wal-Mart located on Central Freeway.

Midwesterns State University in Wichita Falls was evacuated around 9 a.m. and a portion of the campus is currently closed due to a bomb threat, according to the university's Twitter account. Detail on the university's website are vague, but a 10:20 a.m. statement says that university police and Wichita Falls Fire Department personnel have cleared and re-opened a portiont of the campus.

Wichita Falls, Texas- The City of Wichita Falls, working in conjunction with the U.S. Department Agriculture, will begin using noise tactics to move a large flock of birds that is posing a significant threat to aircraft at Sheppard Air Force Base. The birds are Great Tailed Grackles, about a foot tall, and they're roosting around a pond located between Kirby Junior High School and Adrian Avenue .

Man Leads Police on a Two County Chase

Around 1:45 p.m., Wichita Falls Police pulled over a 37-year-old white male in a white Ford Explorer near the All American Car Wash on Southwest Parkway due failure to signal and expired vehicle tags. As the officers approached the driver, the driver took off, attempting to drive over the police officer as he made his escape, and led police on a high speed chase.

Target Receives Bomb Threat

Around 11:35 a.m. Target received a phone call from an unknown person, the person stated that there was a bomb inside the building, and then immediately hung up. The building was quickly evacuated as the Wichita Falls Police Department and the Wichita Falls Fire Department arrived at the scene.

"This is the first step in getting all of the numbers together what will work, what will not work and what works best for Wichita Falls as a city and a school district as a whole," said Chief Financial Officer for W.F.I.S.D., Cindy Tatum.
