A man is seeking over $1 million in damages in a lawsuit against the Fort Worth Roman Catholic Diocese, alleging he was sexually assaulted by a priest in the 1990s. The Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports the man, who now lives near Spokane, Washington, said priest John Sutton was his seventh-grade history teacher at Notre Dame Middle-High School in Wichita Falls.

Wichita Falls Police said the driver of a Jeep escaped serious injury despite the vehicle rolling on its side during a mid-afternoon accident on Kemp Street. The crash caught the eye of other drivers at the nearby busy intersection of Kemp and Call Field at around 1:15 p.m. Police say the jeep was behind a Hummer, and that both vehicles were heading in the southbound lanes.
