A Wichita Falls man remains in the Wichita County Jail on a $250,000 bond following his arrest on Friday on charges of Injury to a Child. According to the arrest affidavit, the incident happened in January, when 27-year-old Charles Edward Manning was supposed to be watching a 5-year-old boy, and a 3-year-old boy.
