According to the arrest affidavit, Lyne's cell phone was seized as evidence, due to text messages involving the sale of illegal drugs. However, police say that on March 12th, Lyne's phone was in the evidence room, but the contacts, text messages and photographs had been cleared remotely and erased.

Feds appeal judge in Texas' blocking gay-couple rules change
The U.S. Justice Department is asking a federal judge in Texas to reconsider his order temporarily blocking federal rules that would have expanded medical leave benefits to some gay couples. In a filing Tuesday, attorneys sought an April 13 hearing to argue that the preliminary injunction shouldn't have been issued.

Third Positive Rabies Case in Wichita Falls for 2015
The City of Wichita Falls Animal Services Center is encouraging all pet owners and citizens to increase their awareness of rabies as a third skunk has tested positive for the disease. All three skunks were located in the Southwest part of Wichita Falls.
