An 18-year-old was arrested after Wichita Falls police say they found marijuana in his car, then attempted to escape custody after breaking the window of a patrol car. Around 4:15 a.m. Thursday morning, police say witnesses reported that a driver was pulling into driveways on Southmoore Lane, stopping, and then parking in the middle of the street.
