A Wichita Falls man is behind bars after police say he admitted to shooting at Domanic Thrasher a month before he was gunned down and killed. According to the arrest affidavit, on the morning of May 3rd officers were called out to shots fired call at the Plantation Apartments located on Austin Street.

Wichita Falls Police have made an arrest in connection to the recent string of mail thefts 32-year-old Amber Nicole Scherff was arrested and charged with Forgery after a bank clerk identified her from a photo line-up as the person cashing altered checks. In February police began receiving reports of residents having their mail stolen.
