Man Charged with Ten Counts of Possession of Child Pornography
According to the arrest affidavit, on August 7, 2015, around 7:14 a.m., The Wichita Falls Police Department executed a search warrant in the 1800 block of Buchanan Street, at the residence of 35-year-old Gene Jimenez. Jimenez was detained, and told investigators that he did have pornographic images of under-aged children on his personal laptop computer, and had both photographic images and videos depicting under-age children involved in sex acts with adults.

A Wichita Falls man is recovering after he was stabbed during an attempted robbery Friday night. Wichita Falls Police were called to the scene near Central Freeway just before 9:30 p.m. A man was walking to the Fas Pac from the Sun Valley Apartments when he was approached by a man demanding money.
