Man who killed fellow oil worker wants to be free man

A Texas man who stabbed to death a fellow oil field worker in a North Dakota hotel about four years ago is seeking to be released from state supervision. Thirty-seven-year-old Charles Davis, of Trinity, Texas, acknowledged killing 48-year-old Donald Flowers, of Wichita Falls, Texas, in a conference room at the Candlewood Suites in Minot in March 2011.

Wichita Falls, Texas- Resident or visitors who illegally dump trash on other resident's property or near a dumpster they are not authorized to use will face very stiff fines from the City of Wichita Falls beginning Thursday, September 3rd. The Wichita Falls City Council on August 4th amended the current dumping ordinance to allow for a significant increase in the fines levied for illegal dumping.
