Wichita Falls woman sentenced to 20 years in penitentiary

A woman was recently sentenced in the 30th District Court of Wichita Falls, Texas to 20 years in the Texas prison system for allegedly molesting a child, according to an article in the September 19 edition of the Wichita Falls Times Record News newspaper. Jernerikae Oliver also will be required to register as a sex offender as part of her sentence.

Sec. 58-102f, a person commits an offense if a person smokes in or within 20 feet of a festival, concert, or play sponsored by the City on City property.
