Starting Wednesday, snow plow drivers who work in Wichita Falls for the Texas Department of Transportation will get a chance to train for what it's like to drive in the treacherous winter weather before it hits Texoma. According to Wichita Falls Police, the charges that initially filed against Romeo Paz, Jorge Rodriguez and Ishmael Debora have been dropped because the victims no longer want to press charges. On November 25th, the three men allegedly assaulted and abducted a victim, who they then questioned to find the location of a second victim who police said was also assaulted later that day.
