On Monday, November 7th at approximately 6:47 pm officers with the Wichita Falls Police Department were dispatched to the intersection of 9th and Broad in reference to a major accident. Upon arrival officers located a blue 2003 Mazda 6 driven by a female driver and a 1985 Honda Goldwing motorcycle being driven by a male with a female passenger.

This joint effort will offer flu vaccine to base civilian, and contract personnel and their families who are not eligible for Tricare benefits.

In 1941, Fred and his buddy Al Tindol were working in Kingsville for Fred's cousin Harold Maples, who was employed by Heldenfels Brothers to do dirt work for the construction of the new Navy base there.

Nov 14 France's finance ministry has started the process to reclaim a 2.2 billion euro tax deduction granted to Societe Generale after losses caused by its rogue trader Jerome Kerviel, Les Echos newspaper reported on Monday. Finance Minister Michel Sapin said on Nov. 3 state tax experts would decide "within days" whether the funds should be recovered.
