An 18-year-old Wichita Falls man has been accused of sexually assaulting his girlfriend's baby and beating her dog after she threatened to leave. Adam Matthew Hammond was arrested and charged with sexual assault of a child and animal cruelty Tuesday after police responded to a reported sexual assault, according to the Wichita Falls Times Record News .
