According to the WFPD, William David Starnes, 46, assaulted a 64-year-old man who tried to intervene when he saw Starnes assaulting a 59-year-old woman in the 500 block of Burkburnett Road. A man was killed in an officer-involved shooting after he took police on a high-speed chase from Oklahoma into North Texas Thursday morning and stabbed a kidnapped woman, officials said.
