Second arrest made in deadly shooting on Juarez Street

A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of Matthew Liggins, 28, of Abilene on April 17, 2018, in Wichita Falls. According to the arrest warrant, following the arrest of the alleged shooter, Eric Lee II, detectives listened to a call between Lee and a woman who stated she knew "Precious" was with Lee at the time of the incident and he needed to tell his lawyer that information.
