A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of Matthew Liggins, 28, of Abilene on April 17, 2018, in Wichita Falls. According to the arrest warrant, following the arrest of the alleged shooter, Eric Lee II, detectives listened to a call between Lee and a woman who stated she knew "Precious" was with Lee at the time of the incident and he needed to tell his lawyer that information.

Hoova street gang added to gang injunction list in Wichita Co.
The Wichita Falls City Attorney's Office and the Wichita County District Attorney's office jointly filed a civil injunction against the Hoova criminal street gang and 19 of its members or associates on May 29. The Hoova injunction case follows six months of investigation by the police department, sheriff's office, DA's office and city attorney's office.

Man found guilty on child pornography charges
