Wichita Falls Police have confirmed the man accused of stealing a WFPD vehicle and crashing it off TX-79 has been booked into the Wichita County Jail. Around 11:15 a.m. Cody Workman, 28, was discharged from United Regional Health Care System and taken to the jail without incident.

On July 25, 2016, the victim's mother told WFPD her daughter was sexually assaulted by Matthew Scott Graves, 22. A friend of the victim's told officers he told her that two days earlier Graves forced himself onto the victim and sexually assaulted her at a home in Wichita Falls. The victim was taken for a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner or SANE exam and then to Patsy's House for a forensic interview.
