"Well I enjoyed giving back to the community most of all because nobody really gives back to the community in our generation and it's nice to do so," said Patience, a Hirschi High School Student.

Officials with the Wichita Falls-Wichita County Public Health District said e-cigarette use among youth in the county is on the rise. According to local data gathered by the 2017 Youth Tobacco Survey from schools in the county, 10.1 percent of middle school students and 25.4 percent of high school students have tried an e-cigarette.

Officials with the Wichita Falls Police Department confirmed a deadly shooting over the weekend is now being investigated as a murder. Around 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, officers were dispatched to a home in the 4800 block of Lindale in reference to a burglary of a habitation.
