On Febuary 9, 2015, U.S. Customs and Border Protection admitted Bekbosun Kydykbaev, wanted in Kyrgyzstan for fraud, into the United States as a B-2 non-immigrant visitor with authorization to remain in the United States until August 8, 2015. However, Kydykbaev did not depart the United States, said U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in a release on December 1. Bekbosun Kydykbaev, 66, was deported from Dallas under ICE escort on November 28 by commercial aircraft and arrived in Bishkek on November 30 via Chicago and Istanbul, Turkey.

A Wichita Falls man is accused of stealing close to 12 tons of metal from the company he worked for and selling it as scrap. Ronald Gene Clark, 57, was arrested in Clay County on Nov. 20 and charged with theft.

Around 10 p.m. Saturday, about 30 people were without power in Wichita Falls after a car crashed into a power line pole. Police said the wreck happened near Avenue H and Hayes around 6:30 p.m., when the driver had a medical issue causing her to hit the pole.

Samuel Streeter is in the Wichita County Jail for aggravated robbery. Police said on June 28th at the 7-11 on Northwest Freeway, two suspects wearing paintball masks entered the store and one pointed a handgun and demanded money.
